Binay kay PNoy: 'Madrama kayo.'

Hindi naniniwala si Vice President Jejomar Binay na tutuluyan ng Ombudsman na si Conchita Carpio-Morales sina President Noynoy Aquino at Budget Secretary Florencio Abad sa maling diskarteng Disbursement Acceleration Program (DAP).

Idineklara ng Supreme Court (SC) noong Pebrero na ang DAP ay paglabag sa Article VI Section 25 (5) of the 1987 Constitution. Binuhay ng Ombudsman ang imbestigasyon pero sabi ni Binay, “Drama. Nothing will happen there. If that is true, they (Aquino and Abad) should be suspended already.”
