Gusto ni Sen. Chiz Escudero na itulak na ng Malakanyang ang kanyang panukala na sa mga munisipyo, kung saan may negosyo, doon na magbayad ng buwis ang mga negosyante.
“Essentially, we want businesses to pay their local taxes in municipalities where the businesses operate, instead of where their main offices are located. LGUs in effect should have a bigger share in the revenue from these firms,” paliwanag ng senador na dating chairman ng Senate Committee on Finance.
