Hahakutin ni Sen. Bongbong Marcos ang Solid North vote para tiyaking kanya ang Luzon sa vice presidential race.
Una raw dapat na ligawan ang Ilocos bago ang buong Pilipinas.
“You cannot start a national campaign, on this voyage, if your home province is not behind you and this is the place where it is proper that I begin,” pahayag ng Senador.
