Ombudsman Morales, nagpasya in bad faith

Wala-sa-lugar ng rekomendasyon ni Ombudsman Conchita Carpio-Morales na kasuhan si VP Jojo Binay ayon sa tagapagsalita ng ikalawang pangulo.
“The Ombudsman clearly abused its power and exceeded its authority,” sabi ni Atty. Rico Quicho.
“And it acted in bad faith when it recommended charges against the Vice President. It was intended to malign and discredit the Vice President, who cannot be the subject of an indictment during his term of office,” hirit pa ni Quicho.
