Kahit nagtiis sa mahabang pila para makarehistro ang maraming nais bomoto ay hindi ibig sabihin puwede na silang bomoto.

“Many have filed and they think they are already registered voters. But, technically speaking, they are not because they have to pass through the evaluation of the Election Registration Board (ERB),” pagdidiin ni Jimenez.
