Sen. Poe, pinayagan ng SC na tumakbo

PRESIDENTIABLES.PH | Siyam ang pumabor na makatakbo si Sen. Grace Poe at anim ang komontra kaya nabaliktad ang pasya ng Comelec na i-disqualify ang senadora para sa 2016 presidential elections.

Opisyal na ilalabas ng Kataas-taasang Hukuman ang kanilang pasya kapag naisulat na ang kapasyahan na gawing lehitimo ang pagtakbo ni Poe.

Sabi ng tagapagsalita ng Supreme Court at Information Chief na si Atty. Theodore Te, “the court will release the text of the decision and separate opinions in the next few days. As you may understand upon a voting the court will finalize who will write for the court. That matter has not been decided, once the ponente has been decided, the text of the decision will follow.”
