Boto ni Poe, hindi mabibilang kung walang majority vote sa SC

PRESIDENTIABLES.PH | Nagpahayag ang abogado ni Kit Tatad na si Atty. Manuel Luna na kung hindi mareresolba ang majority vote ng Supreme Court Justices sa kaso ng citizenship ni Sen. Grace Poe ay hindi mabibilang ng Comelec ang lahat ng boto ng senadora dahil pending ang kaso nito.

“In the unlikely event the SC will fail to resolve the motions for reconsideration of the respondents, the Comelec cannot count the votes for Grace Poe since such non-resolution means that the decision of the Supreme Court has not become final and executory,” ayon pa kay Atty. Luna.
